Using mam.al
mam.al lets you run a prediction game for a baby's arrival. Creating a pool is free. Some features are unlocked by a one-time payment. You must be at least 16, or have a parent's permission.
Your pool and your guests
You decide who gets your pool's link. Anyone holding it can guess, which is what makes it easy to share, so treat it as you would any invitation.
Do not post anything unlawful, hateful or hurtful, do not create a pool about someone without their agreement, and do not use a pool to collect email addresses for other purposes. If something unwelcome is posted in your pool, write to [email protected] and we will remove it. We may remove content or close a pool that breaks these rules.
Payments and refunds
Plus is a one-time payment for one pool, shown with any taxes at checkout. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles billing, receipts and refunds under its buyer terms.
Content you add
You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You give us permission to store and display it to run your pool. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, or any photo of a child without the parents' agreement.
When things go wrong
We work to keep the site available and your data safe, and we provide it as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by Albanian law. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country. If these terms change materially, we will say so on this page.
