Questions about paying
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. Plus is bought once for one pool. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Can the grandparents buy it for us?
Yes. Send them the gift link from your pool’s Plus page. They pay without an account, you get the features, and they never see your guest list.
What do we miss on the free plan?
Only the extras. On the free plan you see the first five guesses in full, plus totals and averages from everyone, and the leaderboard shows the top five. Plus shows every guess and the full leaderboard, emails everyone their result and adds the keepsake booklet. The game and the scoring are the same either way.
How do we pay?
By card, through Paddle, who handle the payment and send the receipt.
What if something goes wrong?
Write to [email protected]. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
